A walk on the Historic West Side in downtown Cookeville offers both contemporary and historic venues.

If you visit Cookeville during one of the many festivals and community events held on the West Side you may be able to ride a vintage train, watch the model boat races or taste a dozen varieties of homemade ice cream at the Cream City Crankin' competition. We've provided a map to help you locate the must-see sites on Cookeville's Historic West Side.

A walking trip...
...around the West Side District could yield a cup of gourmet coffee, a vintage guitar, a sushi lunch, toys, books or antiques. Use this map to help you take a tour.

Explore art. Op Art activities, the Your Space doodle wall, painting, and daily "make and take" crafts await the artist inside of you!

Be a diva. Put on a show! The dramatic play area is filled with dozens of costumes in all sizes, or put on a puppet show with your friends.
